Base is the real live homepage (page 22, template-homepage-sandbox.php, confirmed via wp-cli + fresh curl). What changed: 3 primary-CTA red surfaces migrate to navy (Garrett's blue-led ruling), 3 confirmed decorative-glass violations killed, a defensive Hobo @font-face re-assertion on hero + section titles, and a 3-level brand-watermark demo (Financing 6% / Why 10% / bottom CTA 15%) so Garrett can pick a strength. noindex + the footer copy-swap marker both present.
What didn't change: the hero photo/layout itself, the Skippy-CTA (identity-adjacent, routes through Skippy's veto), and every red usage judged a legitimate small/textual accent rather than a hierarchy violation — see comp-notes.md for the full list and the exact grep-verified selector counts.
Read comp-notes.md first. v1 of this batch mis-identified the live template (audited dead CSS, not the real page) and correctly refused to ship a phantom fix. Alfred's SSH ground-truth corrected it same-day — this v2 comp is built against the confirmed-real exemplar.
